Supporter perks
What supporting EndCore gets you, what it deliberately does not, how long tiers and packs last, and how to cancel.
Supporting the server pays for the box it runs on. In return you get cosmetics and two small conveniences. That is the whole deal, and it is meant to stay that way.
What a tier gets you

Extra character slots sit on top of the allowance everyone gets. Queue priority moves you up the line when the server is full, and only tier holders can take the last few reserved slots.
Packs can also be bought on their own, without a tier. See the store for what is in each one.
What it does not get you
- No gameplay advantage. No extra health, damage, armour, stamina, carry weight, XP or skill levels.
- No money, items or loot. Nothing is given to you in game, and no loot roll is tilted your way. Supporter clothing is deliberately kept out of the world loot tables, so it is cosmetic, not a source of gear.
- No powers. Supporting does not make you staff, does not excuse a rule you broke, and does not get a death or a raid refunded.
- No favours. Your report is read the same way everyone else's is.
If a perk would ever make you better at surviving than the person next to you, it does not ship.
How long things last
- A tier runs a month at a time and renews through Tebex until you stop it. Renewing extends from whichever is later, the day you renew or the day your current tier was due to end.
- A pack bought on its own is yours for good, whether you hold a tier or not.
- A pack lent by a tier goes back when that tier lapses. Buy the pack outright if you want to keep it.
- Everything is tied to your account rather than one survivor, so every character you make has it.
- Letting a tier lapse never deletes characters. You keep the ones you have; you just cannot create new ones beyond the normal allowance until you are under it again.
- Refunds and chargebacks remove the entitlement straight away.
Cancelling
Cancel from Tebex's payment history page — the same place your receipt came from. Look the payment up with the email you paid with, and cancel the recurring payment there.
A cancelled tier is not cut short. It runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and simply does not renew.
Checking what you own
In game, /perks or F7 opens the supporter panel. It lists every tier and pack, which ones you own, whether you bought them or a tier is lending them, and how many days are left.
If you have signed in here, your dashboard shows the same thing.
