How supporting the server works

19 Sep 2026 Store

The store is up. Tiers, cosmetic packs, and why none of it will ever make you better at surviving.

The store page is up, so here is the short version of what is in it and what it is for.

The server costs money to run. Supporting it covers that. What you get back is cosmetic, plus two conveniences: extra character slots and priority in the queue when the server is full.

There are three monthly tiers — Survivor, Scavenger and Warlord — and a handful of one-off cosmetic packs: clothing, base furnishings and flags, including a designer for your own flag. A tier lends you some of those packs for as long as it runs. Buying a pack on its own keeps it for good.

What it will never include

No extra health, damage, carry weight or XP. No money, items or loot rolls. Supporter clothing is deliberately kept out of the loot tables, so it cannot even reach you as gear. Nothing you can buy makes you better at surviving than the survivor standing next to you, and nothing that would is going to be added later.

The practical bits

  • Everything is tied to your account, not one character, so all your survivors have it.
  • Tiers renew monthly through Tebex until you stop them. Cancelling from Tebex's payment history page leaves the month you already paid for running to its end.
  • /perks in game, or F7, shows exactly what you own and how long it lasts.

The full detail is on supporter perks. If a package on the store has no button yet, it is not on sale yet — that is not a bug.

Either way, thanks. Playing the server and reporting bugs helps just as much.
